For Kundalini Yoga, wear comfortable, flexible clothing (preferably white, but not mandatory).
A water bottle.
For Cacao Ceremony: white clothing is recommended (but not mandatory), a red or white rose if possible, and your bottle of water. 

We will set an altar open for our co-creation, you can share flowers to the altar or bring any special item like quartz. Feel free to bring instruments and share a sacred song from your heart in a safe conteiner saced circle.
